These terms govern your use of the service. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You agree not to use Dropspot to:
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that puts the service or other users at risk, or where we are required to by law. Where practical we will give notice and a chance to fix the issue first.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis — monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose — and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you keep paid features until then. We do not give pro-rata refunds for partial periods except where the law requires it. Prices are shown exclusive of VAT and any other applicable taxes, which are added at checkout based on your billing location. If a payment fails, we may retry it and suspend paid features until the balance is settled. Billing is processed by Stripe.
The service is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it available and your data safe, but we don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data or revenue. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything you receive that matters to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. (Counsel will set the final liability cap and jurisdiction-specific wording before launch.)
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email before they take effect, and the “last reviewed” date above will change. Continued use after that means you accept the update. Questions about these terms: privacy@dropspot.me. How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.
